1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Aster you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using Aster and remove it from your device.

2. Nature of the service

Aster provides health and lifestyle reference information, helping you organise authorised data, observe trends, and shape daily actions. Aster is not a medical device. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency medical services, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or other professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

3. Data sources and accuracy

Data shown in Aster may come from Apple, Google, Fitbit, Pixel Watch, or other compatible devices and services. It may be incomplete or inaccurate due to sync delays, how a device is worn, algorithms, permissions, or service status. Do not make medical decisions based solely on what Aster displays or suggests.

4. Your responsibilities

• Connect only accounts, devices, and data you are entitled to use and authorise.
• Protect your device lock, accounts, and any API keys you bring.
• Check the recipient and fields before sending health data, and judge for yourself whether it is appropriate to share.
• Do not use Aster to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attack the service, or circumvent security restrictions.

5. Third-party AI and external services

You may choose and configure third-party AI services yourself. Aster sends the data you selected directly to the recipient clearly named on screen, and only after your per-request confirmation. The availability, output, fees, and data handling of a third-party AI are the responsibility of that provider and governed by its terms and privacy policy. AI output can be wrong; weigh it against your data sources and professional advice.

6. Intellectual property and feedback

Aster’s software, interface, brand, and original content are protected by applicable law. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app. Suggestions you submit may be used to improve the product, but this never gives us ownership of your health data.

7. Changes and termination

Aster may update, suspend, or discontinue features due to product improvements, third-party APIs, operating-system requirements, or compliance needs. You may stop using the app, revoke data grants, and uninstall at any time. We may restrict the service in cases of serious abuse, unlawful use, or threats to safety.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aster is provided as is. We do not guarantee that every device, data source, or third-party service will remain available, nor that health data or AI output is fully accurate. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law are not affected by this section.

9. Updates to these terms and contact
